MY MOTTO

A few years ago, I was having breakfast in a bustling restaurant in Downtown Bozeman, and I could see the line getting longer and longer. There was an older couple dressed in their Sunday best looking for a table for two. My husband and I were pretty much done, so I shot up and offered the couple our table. The gentleman, who was very obviously a farmer or rancher of some sort looked up at me from under his cowboy hat, and said to me in his deep, gritty voice filled with a tone of wisdom, "No, life's too short to rush. Enjoy yourselves."

That phrase sat with me so heavily.

"Life's too short to rush."

Now, anytime I find myself feeling anxious to just get through something, I remind myself of this phrase, and I really think it can be applied to so many aspects of life, including weddings.

Especially weddings.

It's so easy to get caught up in traditions or family expectations, but one thing I want you to remember when planning your wedding day is that it will go by so damn fast. You'll blink and you'll be saying goodbye to your guests. Yes, its important to have a timeline, and that's something I'll help you with, but the most perfect moments are not choreographed or forced.

So, enjoy yourselves, and don't rush through your day.

My focus is intimate weddings (100 guests or less) and elopements, and I travel to the MT/WY area once a year! My only goal is to serve my clients well and with my whole heart. I don't want to herd people through my books like cattle. I want to build connections and tell your stories as authentically as I possibly can, which is why I only take 12 weddings per year.

My goal with each client is to not only deliver a beautiful product, but to give you a high quality experience. I spend roughly one year getting to know my couples. Between engagement photos, going out to dinner, endless video chats, texts, and emails, - I'm here to help you from day one! Your wedding day will come and go, and the other half of my job begins! I then, spend approximately the next 8 weeks curating and editing the most perfect moments from your day!

Taxes do apply. Travel fees including car rental, hotel and flight are additional if not already included in the package. A 50% retainer and signed contract are required to secure your date. Payment plans are available for some packages.

FAQ'S

Do you charge for travel?
Yes! For locations more than 50 miles round-trip, I charge .67 cents/mile. For out of state or international travel, I kindly request the purchase of two-night's hotel stay, round-trip airfare, and two-day rental car. I will purchase these items myself, then send you a receipt and add it to your invoice if travel is not already included in the package you chose.

We're having a 150-200 guest wedding! Can we hire you?!
I take 3 large weddings/year with guest counts over 100. Provided that your date is available, I would LOVE to photograph your day!

What is your turn around time?
Please allow 6-8 weeks (8-12 weeks during peak season June-October) to receive your completed gallery. You'll receive a sneak peek one week after your wedding day!

Do you require a deposit?
Yes! Your retainer is half of your package total, is due along with the signed contract in order to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding. Payment plans are available for the remaining balance, and payments are split into three. Clients who choose to do a payment plan are required to sign a payment plan agreement and set payments up on auto-pay.

Can you photoshop this out?
I am a natural light photographer, and I only work in Lightroom. I will not alter anyone's physical appearance except for minor blemishes. Thank you for understanding!

Can we send our wedding photos to other vendors or magazines?
