The second I met Hannah and Tyrice, I felt the bond they shared with each other. Their connection goes beyond best friends and soulmates. It's as old as the stars, and everyone who knows them can see it.
This day was a full circle moment in a few ways, one being that Hannah's parents celebrated their wedding day in this very location thirty years prior. Hannah also wore the jewelry her mom wore on her wedding day as her something borrowed (I'm not crying, you're crying).
This was probably the hottest November wedding I've ever photographed, 75 degrees and 35mph winds! But that didn't stop these two from making it official! Tyrice seeing his bride for the first time as she made her way down the aisle was one of the sweetest reactions I've ever witnessed. Their ceremony was absolutely beautiful, and the vows they made to one another were both humorous and intentional. Sealing their forever with a kiss, and their first corn hole toss as husband and wife, their new adventure together began!
Now, I have to be honest, I'm usually not a fan of speeches, but Hannah's dad, Joe, sister Sarah, and Tyrice's best man, Cody gave some of the best speeches I've ever heard! The love and joy in this room was palpable, and truly an honor to witness. One of my favorite moments, was when I told Hannah we were "just waiting for her husband" and her dad's jaw dropped and was like "Oh my, she has a husband." It was sweet watching him watch his little girl become a bride.
After the formalities were finished, and the lights went out, it was time to PARTY! Seeing Hannah rap a Megan Thee Stallion song is probably one of my top ten favorite wedding moments that I will never ever forget lol. I love it when people just let loose and CELEBRATE with their person!
Hannah and Tyrice, thank you from the bottom of my heart for choosing me to document the first day of the rest of your lives together. It's been an absolute honor to be on this wedding journey with you. I wish you all the love and happiness in the world!
